Gothenburg is the first city in the world to have implemented the concept of Digital Winter Road Condition Information. Its objective is to make winter maintenance sustainable by increasing resource efficiency and traffic safety, and reducing negative environmental impact, while making a better working environment and an attractive sector with increased gender equality.
